How much is the sales commission at Celebrain?
​You only pay a 20% commission when you make a sale through our platform.

What do I need to sell on Celebrain?
​To sell on Celebrain, you only need to be registered with the Ministry of Finance with your physical or legal identification, the ability to issue electronic invoices, and a bank account. This is necessary to invoice Celebrain and receive your payments.

What can I sell at Celebrain?
​On Celebrain, you can sell, rent, or offer any product or service related to events and celebrations. The platform is open to all event-focused businesses, from large corporations to entrepreneurs, SMEs, artisans, artists, and independent professionals.

​What types of events does Celebrain cover?
Celebrain is made for all types of events: weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, corporate parties, trade shows, and more!

​How do I get paid for my sales on Celebrain?
​Payments are made by direct bank transfer to your account, in your local currency, regardless of how or where the buyer paid. We use Banco Promérica as our banking provider.

How can I highlight my services on the platform?
We offer advertising and promotion services for products or services for additional fees, which are entirely optional.

Does Celebrain handle logistics or deliveries?
​No, Celebrain does not manage logistics or deliveries. Each supplier is responsible for coordinating directly with the client the details of delivery, assembly, or execution of their products or services.

​How are sellers protected in the event of claims or disputes?
We have a conflict resolution system to mediate between seller and buyer, always seeking a fair solution for both parties.
