All orders will be processed within 3 business days from the confirmation of payment.
For products that require production or assembly, the delivery time will be coordinated directly with the vendor.

Shipments for your orders are managed directly by our vendors and are carried out through various methods, always in accordance with local regulations:
Vendor Shipping Methods:
Vendors may use door-to-door services, specialized couriers, or their own private transportation for delivery.
Shipping Options for Sellers:
Sellers are allowed to offer different shipping options to meet buyer needs, such as:

Express delivery through platforms like Uber or Didi

Private vendor delivery
Shipping Cost:
Shipping cost will be charged in Costa Rican colones (â‚¡) and will be additional to the product price.
This amount will be determined according to the vendor’s specific rate table and the cost per kilometer indicated in the listing.
Buyer Selection and Seller Responsibility:
Buyers are free to choose the shipping option that best suits their needs, based on the viable options offered by the vendor.
It is important to highlight that the vendor’s responsibility for the shipment remains unchanged, regardless of the shipping method selected by the buyer.
3. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time
The estimated shipping time will depend on the delivery date requested by the customer and the production or assembly time needed by the vendor, coordinated in advance.
Approximate shipping times:

Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM): 2–4 business days

Rest of the country: 4–6 business days
Note: Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.). Celebrain does not guarantee delivery times, as they can be affected by various external circumstances.
At the time of purchase, the customer must provide the exact delivery address, phone number, and email address.
4. Responsibilities
Vendor:

In accordance with Costa Rican law, responsibility for the shipment lies exclusively with the vendor.

Proper packaging and coordination with the selected shipping service.

Compliance with the country’s customs and transportation regulations.

Providing tracking information to the buyer.
Buyer:

Provide exact address, phone number, and email.

Check packages for damage upon receipt.

Ensure that the billing and delivery addresses are the same.
5. Coordination Between Buyer and Vendor
Communication regarding the status of the shipment, possible delays, or issues during delivery must be carried out directly between the buyer and the vendor.
Transparency between both parties is encouraged, and clear guidelines are established for resolving any shipping-related dispute in accordance with Costa Rican consumer protection regulations.
6. Tracking Information
Vendors are encouraged to provide tracking information whenever possible, in compliance with Costa Rican privacy and data protection laws. This allows buyers to effectively track the status of their shipments.

Correos de Costa Rica does not deliver to the following areas, and Celebrain vendors may also be unable to make deliveries to these locations:

The return policy is clearly stated, indicating that if the buyer does not receive the product or if delivery problems arise, the issue must be resolved directly with Celebrain, who is responsible for transferring the money paid by the buyer to the seller. 9. Estimated Shipping Time
This will depend on the required date and the production or assembly time required by the client and coordinated with the supplier in advance.
When making a purchase, the customer must provide a specific delivery address, phone number, and email address in order to deliver the order. The billing and delivery addresses must be the same.
Estimated delivery times are provided, clarifying that these are provided by the seller. It is emphasized that Celebrain does not guarantee delivery times, as these may be affected by various external factors.
10. Communication and Dispute Resolution
