To maintain a safe, reliable, and brand-aligned experience, we have content moderation policies that allow us to protect buyers and partners, uphold the integrity of the platform, and offer a positive experience to the entire community.

1. Policies that apply to you and your content
This policy governs all content that business partners publish on Celebrain, including:

Photographs, videos, text, logos, descriptions, prices, and titles of products or services.

Reviews, messages, and communications sent through the platform’s email system.

Any other material shared on their profile, within listings, or in promotional materials managed by Celebrain.
By using Celebrain, you agree to comply with the following policies and complementary rules:

Celebrain reserves the right to suspend, hide, or remove content or accounts that violate any of these policies or undermine trust within the community.

2. How we identify infringing content or conduct
At Celebrain, we use a combination of human review and basic technological tools to detect, analyze, and moderate content. Violations may be identified in the following ways:
User reports:
Buyers or partners can report inappropriate or fraudulent content by writing to servicioalcliente@celebrain.com.
Internal review:
The Celebrain team performs manual checks of published content, prioritizing visual quality, accuracy, and compliance with our policies.
Automated processes:
The system may detect duplicate listings, unusual pricing, or incomplete information that may affect user trust.

3. Actions taken for infringing content or behavior
Celebrain may take actions depending on the severity of the violation, including:

Hiding or removing a product or service from the catalog.

Temporarily suspending the business partner’s profile.

Withholding payments until the issue is resolved or the order is delivered to the buyer.

Permanently terminating the partner’s account in cases of repeated violations or fraud.
Celebrain does not issue payments to business partners until:

The product or service has been delivered to the buyer.
-
The partner submits the required proof of delivery.
Purchases must be made exclusively through the platform using credit or debit card.
Celebrain is not responsible for payments or agreements made outside the official purchasing system.
4. Communication within the platform
For security and quality-control reasons, all communication between buyers and partners is conducted exclusively by email through Celebrain’s official channels.
At this time, we do not have a live chat system, but our customer service team is available to assist in case of questions or disputes between parties.
5. Appeals
If a business partner believes that the removal of their content or the suspension of their account was an error, they may submit a review request to proveedores@celebrain.com including:

Full name or business name

Email associated with the account

Description of the affected content
-
Argument or evidence supporting reconsideration of the action
Celebrain will evaluate the request within a maximum of 10 business days and communicate the resolution via email.
In cases of repeated violations or fraudulent behavior, suspension may be permanent and not subject to appeal.
