POLICIES OF DISCRIMINATION AND HATE

Celebrain connects event organizers with top professionals, fostering an ecosystem where people from all walks of life inspire each other and build relationships by offering and hiring unique products and services.

We want everyone who uses Celebrain to feel safe and valued, and our priority is to foster an inclusive and respectful environment. This policy explains the types of behavior we prohibit on Celebrain to ensure everyone enjoys a positive experience.

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using Celebrain, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

 

Celebrain prohibits the use of the Services to discriminate against people based on the following personal attributes (collectively, "protected classes"):

  • Race

  • Color

  • Ethnicity

  • Nationality

  • Religion

  • Sex

  • Gender identity

  • Sexual orientation

  • Disability

  • Immigration status

  • Breed

It is your responsibility to be aware of applicable laws and any other legal regulations regarding discrimination that may apply to you. Furthermore, Celebrain does not allow discriminatory content, including hate speech. Hate speech occurs when violent or derogatory language is used to target an individual or group based on one or more attributes of the protected class.

Discriminatory and hateful content is not allowed on Celebrain, either in the use of our public features (such as ads, messages, user profiles or any other communication space within the platform) or in private transactions.

 

The following types of content and behavior are prohibited:

  • Discriminatory Behavior: Celebrain users, in all their interactions and in the management of their services or products, may not exhibit discriminatory behavior toward protected groups. Some examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

    • Denial of service due to membership in one or more protected classes.

    • Expression of intolerance or disdain towards another member based on attributes of protected classes.

    • Have a policy in your store or business that excludes sales to members based on one or more of the protected classes listed above.

  • Hate Content:

    • Content that directly or indirectly contains violent or denigrating comments against the protected classes listed above.

    • Slander.

    • Posts that support or glorify hate groups and their members.

 

How to Report Discriminatory and Hateful Content:

If you believe discriminatory acts or hateful content have occurred on Celebrain, you can report it to us by contacting suppliers@gocelebrain.com so we can investigate further. If you see an advertisement that you believe violates our Prohibited Items Policy, including prohibited hateful items, you can also report it to the same email address. We will process all reports promptly.
