This Disclaimer (hereinafter, the "Disclaimer") sets out the terms and conditions under which service and product providers (hereinafter, the "Business Partner") use the Celebrain platform (hereinafter, the "Platform") to offer their services or products to customers.

By using the Platform, the Business Partner accepts and acknowledges that they have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to comply with its terms and conditions.

1. Independence from the Business Partner

The Business Partner acts independently and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Celebrain. Celebrain has no control over how the Business Partner provides its services or distributes its products.

2. Illegal or Irresponsible Acts

The Business Partner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Celebrain is not liable for the illegal, negligent, or irresponsible acts of the Business Partner.

3. Customer Relations

The Business Partner is responsible for the relationship with customers, including, but not limited to, the quality of services or products offered, communication with customers, and the resolution of any disputes.

4. Insurance and Civil Liability

The Business Partner is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance to cover any potential liability, damages, or losses related to their services or products. Celebrain does not provide any insurance for the Business Partner.

5. Celebrain Disclaimer

The Business Partner releases Celebrain, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any legal and civil liability in connection with any claim, demand, loss, damage, injury or liability that may arise as a result of their participation in the Platform.

6. Modifications to the Discharge

Celebrain reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Disclaimer at any time. It is the Business Partner's responsibility to regularly review this Disclaimer to stay informed of any changes.

7. Acceptance of the Discharge

By using the Platform, the Business Partner acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer and releases Celebrain from any legal and civil liability. If the Business Partner does not agree with this Disclaimer, they are advised not to use the Platform.
